Hi, I’m Amanda — a 39-year-old mom of four, strength training lover, and someone who knows firsthand what it feels like to hit burnout. For years, I tried to juggle everything — motherhood, work, relationships, and self-care — only to realize I was running on empty. My energy was gone, my mood was low, and I didn’t feel like me anymore.
That’s when I turned to movement — not as punishment or pressure, but as a way to heal. Strength training and dancing became my outlets, helping me reconnect with my body and manage stress in a healthy, empowering way. I discovered that exercise isn’t just about changing how we look — it’s about changing how we feel, how we cope, and how we show up for ourselves and those we love.
Now, I’m passionate about helping other women find that same balance. My mission is to guide women who are exhausted, overwhelmed, or just feeling stuck to rebuild their strength — both physically and mentally. Through simple, sustainable workouts and stress-supportive habits, I want to show you that it’s possible to feel strong, calm, and confident again — without sacrificing yourself in the process.
