Meet Amanda
I created Her Bodi Vibe after hitting burnout myself. I was trying to do everything “right”. Exercise consistently, eat well, show up for my job, be present at home, keep life running smoothly. On the outside, it looked balanced. On the inside, I was exhausted. I realized I wasn’t failing at wellness. I was overwhelmed by how extreme and demanding it felt. Her Bodi Vibe became the space I needed. Simple movement, realistic habits, and permission to slow down. It’s not about doing more. It’s about doing what’s sustainable. For a long time, I thought strength had to mean pushing harder. I learned the hard way that it doesn’t.
I’m certified in movement, but more importantly, I understand burnout.
This space is for women who want to feel strong, steady, and supported without pressure. I am also always learning and growing. It is part of healing.
